The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. You will also be working with food products & coconuts and must have an understanding & experience working, opening & prepping coconuts and other food items. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, shaving machinery for the coconuts, and pallet jacks to move products safely. Prepping, shaving & packing coconuts. Familiarity with refrigerating in walk-in spaces and ability to store items correctly Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Organize products within the distribution center for easy access and efficient retrieval. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Ability to lift 50+ pounds & remain active and on your feet. Skills Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks. Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse or distribution center setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail for accurate inventory management and order fulfillment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
