They stack these jobs on carts that are preloaded by the Standing Seam crater and pass them down once they are full. They are required to read sales orders and prioritize their daily workload to ensure that all jobs for the current day are completed. Productivity. Maintain and clean your assigned equipment daily; forklift, Rollformer, and/or truck. Keep up on materials needed to complete orders; coil, plastic, printer paper, and/or any other items needed to complete orders. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of any obstructions. Full and complete understanding of each machine, position and duty of Standing Seam Building. Ability to read production tickets and verify the items and lengths to be produced. Ability to upload cut lists via Eclipse and AMS programs. Able to manually enter cutting instructions into roll former, verifying proper cuts. Understanding Quality Control Standards and notifying management when products are not up to specifications. With a new sales order verify and inspect coil and machine for correct color, gauge, profile, options (flat, minor rib, striated), and number of crates needed to complete each job. If the order is an add-on for an existing order, ensure that the color/spangle, gauge, options (flat, minor rib, striated), and vendor match that previous order. Identify if multiple people are needed to handle the panels onsite. Operator plus One
