- Key Responsibilities

Showroom Duties:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and selections
- Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times
- Support owner with install preparation and customer service (in person, by phone)
- Provide product knowledge and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Warehouse Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service role preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to frequently lift and move heavy items (up to 30 lbs. safely)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Excel, etc.
- Forklift certification (desirable but not required).
