Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Showroom and Warehouse Assistant to support the day-to-day operations. This role involves a combination of hands-on logistics, inventory management, and customer-facing showroom support. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Once trained, you will be empowered to work independently and autonomously at times.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom Duties Greet and assist walk-in customers with product inquiries and selections. Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Support owner with install preparation and customer service (in person, by phone). Provide product knowledge and help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Warehouse Duties Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies. Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or customer service role preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 30 lbs safely). Comfortable working in a dynamic paced environment (traffic can be seasonal). Basic computer skills (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Excel, etc) Forklift certification (desirable but not required).
