Overview A Warehouse Associate – Shrink Wrap Operator, plays a key role in our packaging and logistics workflow. This position is primarily responsible for operating the shrink wrap machine, ensuring products are sealed and packed according to Stylecraft’s high-quality standards. The role also includes physical handling of inventory and requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet production goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate the shrink wrap machine safely and efficiently in a high-volume environment. Ensure products are packaged neatly, securely, and meet visual presentation standards. Inspect packaging for quality control before and after shrink wrapping. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures. Lift, move, and stack boxes weighing up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift. Support general warehouse tasks as needed (e.g. staging orders, organizing inventory, breaking down boxes) Other duties may be assigned.

ABILITIES

Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining a high level of quality Attention to detail is a must for packaging accuracy and presentation. Must be physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. TRAINING

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
