Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments. Verify shipments against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders. Document any discrepancies or damages. Accurately record received inventory in the warehouse system. Tag or label received goods and move them to appropriate storage locations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified). Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving area. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Receiving and putting away interbranch transferred material
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Basic math, reading, and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one).
