Position Overview:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This full-time position requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team. The successful candidate will perform tasks such as picking and packing orders, operating equipment, taking inventory counts, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Pick and pack orders in a timely and efficient manner according to company guidelines. Ensure that all orders are accurate and packed with care to meet our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Equipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, according to safety guidelines. Perform essential job functions while adhering to safety protocols.
Inventory Management:
Participate in taking inventory counts according to established guidelines. Notify management of any product quality issues or discrepancies in inventory.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Perform general janitorial duties to maintain a clean and organized warehouse. Assist with any other duties as requested by the manager.
Team Collaboration:
Display good communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve warehouse goals.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Forklift certification and experience are advantageous. Bilingual (Spanish-English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
Health and Safety:
