- Performing warehouse related functions including shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
- Supporting the cycle count program and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Coordinating packaging and shipping items between AcuFocus and its suppliers.
- Unloading trucks, processing receiving paperwork, and receiving product against purchase orders.
- Labeling products and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Investigating and reporting any inaccuracies, damages, shortages, or overcharges for freight.
- Initiating claims process and communicating with finance, purchasing, and trucking companies.
- Operating material handling equipment for movement of products. This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma.
- Must become certified to operate material handling equipment.
- Have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, ERPlx, and CAMs.
- Have 3-5 years of experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry (preferred).
- Have knowledge of ERPlx and Excel (highly desired).
