About Us:
We are an e-commerce company specializing in fermentation ingredients and supplies. We are seeking a versatile, motivated individual who is ready to roll up their sleeves and assist wherever needed. This position involves working across our various production facilities, helping with production tasks, preparation, setup, breakdown, assist with improving efficiency, planning, routine and deep cleaning, and maintaining an organized warehouse. This is an entry level position with room to grow for the right fit.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with all production tasks, including executing work orders, setting up and breaking down equipment, conducting inventory counts, and inputting orders into the MRP system. Help improve efficiency and consistency across all production processes. Print labels and work orders, assist with scheduling, package products, and provide support wherever needed. Work in a commercial kitchen environment, including packaging ingredients, following fermentation workflows, organizing, cleaning, and operating packaging equipment. Ensure products are packaged securely and accurately for shipping. Proactively maintain a clean and functional warehouse.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Must have excellent computer skills and a mechanical mind. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to lift 60 lbs and be on feet all day. Exceptional organizational skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. Flexibility and a “can-do” attitude.
