Warehouse Associate Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight within our operations. You will collaborate with a skilled management team with a deep understanding of the transportation industry to achieve our goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing.

+ Review customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items that need to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped. + Maintain a safe and accessible warehouse environment for both employees and customers. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. + Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as required. + Monitor and verify load deliveries by taking check calls from drivers to ensure on-time deliveries. Validate all load data for accurate accounting records. + Oversee daily pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring loads arrive on time and in optimal condition.

• Shift Details:

• + •Shift•: Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (may be extended or require some overtime, so flexibility is a must).

• Compensation:

• + •Pay•: $16.

50 per hour with weekly pay.

• Qualifications for

Success:

• + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

+ Basic computer proficiency. + Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, based on fluctuating freight volumes. + Previous dock or warehouse experience within the transportation industry is preferred. + Experience in loading and unloading trailers. + Familiarity with handheld scanners. + Ability to follow instructions accurately, whether written, verbal, or in diagram form.

• Physical Requirements:

• + Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds. + Ability to load and unload trucks efficiently.

• Pay Details:

• $16.
