Position Overview :

The Warehouse Facilities Clerk

• Recycling / Disposal Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and abiding by necessary recycling procedures to decrease the overhead of product usage.

Essential Job Functions :

Monitors all cardboard, trash, and pallet disposal throughout warehouse. Performs all cleanliness functions throughout the warehouse including offices, break areas, and restrooms. Performs all cleanliness functions along the dock wells, and parking lot. Removes trash from bays and underneath floor pallets. Coordinates with Clerks / Forklift Drivers to move products if necessary. Maintains pallet flow for order selectors and stockers. Must be capable of utilizing motorized equipment to fulfill duties. Including, but not limited to, compactor, cardboard baler, motorized conveyor, floor scrubber, pallet wrapper.

Requirements :

Able to lift an average of 40lbs repetitively. High School Diploma preferred. Entry level warehouse position Knowledge of safety standards within a warehouse environment Other Skills /

Abilities :

Comfortable in a fast-paced setting Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to work in varied warehouse elements

• high heat and cold temperatures.

Ability to work overtime as needed. Frequent squatting and stooping required.

Physical Demands :

Standing for extended periods of time. Lifting to 40 lbs. Bending, pushing, and pushing boxes and / or garbage.
