Hours:

Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.

Pay:

$17/hr. Position Summary As Warehouse Operations Specialist , your role will involve developing effective procedures as identified by your Leadership Team for managing and maintaining inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of shipments through inventory counting processes. Additionally you will over see and manage the storage space in the warehouse to accommodate new product shipments. Your duties will extend to train in go the rs in various areas such as Cycle Counts, receiving deliveries, preparing out going shipments, tracking and communicating shipments, overseeing the ordering and tracking of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) items, as well as continuously monitoring inventory levels. Warehouse Operations Specialist Duties and Responsibilities include Inspect in coming and out going shipments and verify quantity, rates, accuracy, etc. Train others on how to document necessary paper work to ensure receipt of inventory Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments Coordinate shipment pick-ups with carriers as needed Prepareandmaintainshippingpaperwork,records,electronicreportsand databases Teach others to track shipment details, locations, ETAs Reportshippingconcerns,trackingpackages,lostordamageditems,etcto leadership immediately Coordinate inter-company shipments to other locations Perform Pack Jacket operations Fulfill Runner’s station duties Ensuring that company and team goals, dead lines, and performance standards are communicated, met, and achieved on a regular (often quarterly) basis Train and onboard new associates to make sure they understand their roles Settingindividualgoalsandmakingsuretheyalignwiththecompany’splansand vision Reporting, suggesting and implement in processes to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, etc. Performing additional duties as needed Benefits of working with us: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance Holiday pay Weekly pay Long term job opportunities with stability 40 hours plus over-time when needed Referral bonuses Required experience & qualifications: Associate’s degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics, business, or related field, preferred, but not required High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required, or at least five (5+)years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related role required Advanced computer skills, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Excel, specifically pivots, graphs, etc. Forklift and/or pallet jack certification required Highly collaborative, with a positive, “solutions-oriented” attitude, where you don’t just raise the issue, you also bring potential solutions to fix it.
