As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be part of the General Services team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage time effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Manage the keycard system and make keys for employees as requested, keeping a detailed log. Support disaster management efforts during hurricane preparedness and recovery. What’s Needed? Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email across the agency. Willingness to learn about various operational areas and maintain a professional demeanor. Strong organizational skills to keep the warehouse neat and tidy. Capability to operate hand dollies and other tools safely and effectively.
