This role will assist in all areas of our warehouse operation, including packaging, palletizing, inventory handling, and supporting production. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and adaptable with a strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment ✅ Assist with boxing, taping, and labeling products for shipment ✅ Palletize, shrink wrap, and stage pallets for delivery or storage ✅ Load and unload shipments as needed ✅ Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse and dock area ✅ Handle incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy ✅ Restock caps, bottles, labels, boxes, and other line items throughout production Production Support ✅ Help with daily bottling and packaging operations as needed ✅ Set up supplies for the production team to keep workflow running smoothly ✅ Assist with basic machine operation and adjustments (training provided) ✅ Follow safety procedures and report any equipment or quality issues General Responsibilities ✅ Sweep, clean, and take out trash to maintain a tidy workspace ✅ Assist with end-of-day shutdown and cleanup tasks ✅ Follow all workplace policies regarding safety and quality ✅ Support team members across departments as needed Qualifications & Skills ✔ Warehouse or production experience preferred but not required ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods ✔ Strong attention to detail and organization ✔ Willingness to learn and take initiative ✔ Able to work well in a small team environment ✔ Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
