Warehouse Human Resources Specialist Confidential Haines City, FL 33844 Position Summary The Human Resources Specialist supports the HR function by performing a range of professional duties in collaboration with the HR Manager, corporate HR team, and plant leadership. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt positions. Conduct new hire orientations and support employee development programs. Provide employee relations support, including counseling and exit interviews. Administer HR policies and procedures across the organization. Assist in developing and maintaining employee handbooks and policy manuals. Communicate benefits information and assist with enrollment and plan changes. Maintain organizational charts and HRIS records. Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with management to reduce turnover and enhance engagement. Support departmental objectives and HR initiatives. Participate in staff meetings and HR-related seminars. Serve as a Safety Committee representative and ensure OSHA compliance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong knowledge of FMLA, EEO, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, and ADA regulations. Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of HR experience, or Master’s degree with 2-3 years; equivalent experience considered. High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bilingual proficiency preferred.
