(OSS)Job SummaryYou are the backbone of physical operations. As an Operations Support Specialist,/ Warehouse Operator, youll help run everything from receiving materials to maintaining the facility. Your job isnt to stay in one lane

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Inventory and Receiving
• Receive, inspect, and log shipments against purchase orders
• Handle internal deliveries and organize stock accurately
• Communicate any shortages, damage, or material discrepancies
• Maintain accurate receiving records and assist in raw stock management
• 2. Warehouse and Forklift Operations

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts to transport and stage materials
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Track inventory levels and support restocking workflows
• 3. Maintenance and Facilities Support

• Assist with routine upkeep of production equipment and workspace
• Perform light facility repairs and improvements including: Air filter replacements, minor plumbing fixes, lighting maintenance, patch and repair on walls, fixtures and flooring
• Identify and report larger mechanical issues before they escalate
• Support preventative maintenance and assist vendors as needed
• Maintain organized tools, logs, and maintenance supplies
• 4. Groundskeeping and Sustainability

• Maintain exterior cleanliness including lawn care, pressure washing, and pallet removal
• Assist with basic landscaping tasks and seasonal refreshes
• Support internal recycling and sustainability goals
• Monitor and report on disposal of hazardous materials or waste
• Qualifications

High school diploma or GED3-5 years experience in warehouse, facility, or maintenance roles preferredForklift experience (or willingness to be trained)Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and standing/moving throughout the dayBas
