Description:
MATERIAL HANDLER
Schedule:
Night Shift:

6:45pm – 7:00am Work (Week 1:

M/T/F/Sa, Week 2: Su/W/Th).

Move Materials:

Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to transport raw materials, components, and finished products.

Store Properly:

Keep materials in the right place to prevent damage and track inventory correctly.

Load & Unload:

Move materials on and off trucks and between storage areas.

Check Inventory:

Watch stock levels and report shortages or mistakes to the inventory team.

Track Movement:

Keep accurate records of materials going in and out of storage. Help with inventory counts when needed.

Supply Production:

Deliver materials to production lines on time to keep work moving.

Set Up & Clean Up:

Help set up and take down production areas, including tools and materials. Remove waste and packaging.

Inspect Materials:

Check for damage or defects before sending materials to production. Report issues to quality control.

Stay Safe:

Follow all safety rules when handling materials and using equipment. Keep the work area clean and hazard-free.

Follow Policies:

Follow company rules, safety standards, and work schedules reliably.

Maintain Records:

Complete material transfer forms and inventory logs correctly.

Report Issues:

Let maintenance know about broken equipment and report any safety concerns.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills to effectively interact with production staff and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling and documentation of materials. Willingness and ability to work a 12 hour shift schedule with evening/weekend work (Week 1:
