Job Description:

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing issues with impact-resistant windows and doors. We are looking for individuals with experience in the impact window and door industry who are detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with impact windows and doors, including malfunctions, leaks, installation of glass and so forth

Customer Interaction:

Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Parts and Materials:

Securing necessary parts and materials for repairs and installations.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.

Safety:

Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines when working on job sites.

Tools and Equipment:

Utilizing hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Measuring and Cutting:

Measuring and cutting materials to fit installation requirements.

Assembly and Disassembly:

Assembling and disassembly components as needed.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Communication:

Communicate effectively with Project Manager and other team members.

Skills and Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in impact windows and doors repair or installations.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of impact windows and doors mechanics and construction.

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage time and tasls efficiently. Problem –

Solving Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift heavy products and work in various conditions.

Valid Driver’s License:

Clean driving record for the ability to travel to job sites.
