The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, managing shipment documentation, and maintaining the organization of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive attitude in keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

What you will be doing:

Loading and Unloading Trucks:

Efficiently load and unload shipments to and from trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.

Manifest and Bill of Lading Creation:

Prepare and manage shipment documentation, including manifests and bills of lading, ensuring all required details are accurate and complete for tracking and compliance.

Warehouse Stocking and Organization:

Ensure all products are stored correctly by organizing and stocking shelves, maintaining clear labeling, and following inventory control processes to optimize space and efficiency.

Inventory Management:

Regularly conduct stock checks to monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.

Equipment Operation:

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members, warehouse managers, and delivery personnel to coordinate the efficient flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. What You’ll Need to

Be Considered:

Proficiency in loading/unloading trucks and organizing shipments
Understanding of creating and handling manifests and bills of lading
Familiarity with warehouse organization techniques and stock management
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
