Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join our Event Operations Team. This hands-on role involves setting up and breaking down event equipment including tents, tables, chairs, staging, flooring, and more. General warehouse duties are also part of the role — such as prepping equipment, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining our inventory to ensure it meets our high standards.

Responsibilities:

✔ Provide professional, courteous service to clients and event partners ✔ Maintain and care for event rental equipment ✔ Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless event setups and breakdowns ✔ Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all tasks ✔ Safely handle and transport equipment in various environments

Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (must be physically fit) Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions Must maintain a drug-free work environment Valid driver’s license preferred (CDL is a plus) Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends, depending on event schedules Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Available Positions:

Full-Time (Eligible for benefits after 90-day probation period: Health Insurance, IRA, Paid Holidays)

Part-Time/Weekend/Night Shifts Compensation:
