• Summary
• The Material Handler is responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.
• Duties and Responsibilities
• _To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily.

Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices._ + Receives, processes and tags incoming material + Moves inventory materials to their respective area + Delivers parts to areas in the plant where work is in process + Performs cycle counting and physical inventories as directed + Maintains forklift trucks in clean, good working order

• + Ability to work within a team environment, communicate professionally with team members and vendors, clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing + Ability to organize and prioritize projects and information with accurate turnaround under tight timeframes + Ability to identify, plan, start, and complete projects or other work that needs to be accomplished
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Materials or warehouse experience + One + years’ work experience as a material handler in an industrial setting + Experience driving a forklift or other heavy equipment
