Duties Operate RF scanners to track inventory and manage material flow efficiently. Utilize clamp trucks and cranes for loading and unloading materials safely. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to maintain safety. Build and assemble pallets or loads for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Maintain an organized workspace by keeping materials stored properly and ensuring cleanliness. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Follow OSHA safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or materials handling is preferred. Familiarity with RF scanners and other warehouse equipment is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement in processes.
