Full Job Description Warehouse Account Specialist Shift/Hours:

1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM

• must be able to come in early, stay late, and/or work weekends depending on operational needs.

2 years recent Our client has an urgent need for a Warehouse Account Specialist at their location in the Pooler area. The Warehouse Account Specialist will support operations, sales, and customers in keeping timely and accurate order processing, implementing key initiatives from management, and partnering with customers as needed. This is an exciting workplace and would be a great opportunity for individuals with high energy and a positive attitude. The Warehouse Account Specialist will monitor and track all inbound products, keying in orders, and shipment tracking. Warehouse Account Specialist Job Duties and Requirements may include: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/3PL is a plus BOL experience Processing customer orders in accordance with company and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy. Invoicing and verifying rates per contractual warehouse agreement. Address customer complaints in a timely manner and escalate to management as needed. Research discrepancies in inventory as needed. Maintain a good relationship with customers via email and/or phone in a courteous, efficient manner. Follow established company policies and procedures.
