Summary As a Warehouse Associate at Harris Staffing, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This position is essential to our commitment to providing quality customer service. Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory control processes to ensure stock levels are maintained. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and order fulfillment. Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging and labeling products correctly. Assist in order picking and packing for timely delivery. Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management. Basic computer skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
