Garden City, GA near I-16 off of Dean Forest Rd. Urgently Hiring! We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our dynamic team in Garden City, GA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position is essential for supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of products. Duties Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock accuracy. Perform order picking tasks efficiently to fulfill customer orders accurately. Package products securely for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met. Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse to promote a safe working environment. Operate forklifts and reach trucks as needed for moving heavy items within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Support inventory management efforts through regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Requirements Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment. Punctuality is a must. Reporting to work consistently and on time. Ability to work overnight from 6pm to 6am. Mon-Sat. These hours will be reduced to an 8 hour shift 4 days a week once production is stabilized. 12 shift/6 days a week will last a few weeks only. Experience with RF scanners is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with order picking processes in a distribution center setting is a plus. Knowledge of e-commerce operations is beneficial for understanding workflow demands. Ability to operate forklifts or reach trucks safely; certification may be required. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packaging and shipping processes. Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment.
