Full Job Description Qualifications:
One to Two years related experience or equivalent. Familiarity with warehouse shipping practices and handling methods. Familiarity with computer equipment such as scanners and printers. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Committed to excellence and high standards in performance and quality. Excellent written and oral communication skills across departments. Strong organizational, problem-solving, math (counting/addition and subtraction) and analytical skills. Knowledge of AS 400 Excellent Skills with Microsoft 365 primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to learn new software quickly. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet Teammates. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Great communication and Personality. Will need to be able to communicate with drivers.

PM Summary:
The Office Clerk perform and/or support most all the activities, functions, and personnel throughout the warehouse from Inbound to Outbound with the appropriate documents, communications and effort. Depending on the training and placement, the Office Clerk will typically serve the Outbound team with office related activities included but not limited to sorting, typing, department and inter-department communications, BOL creation/verification and or any other specific information.
Roles and Duties:
The Office Clerk is responsible for accurate entry of all pertinent information into Kober for BOL processing. The Office Clerk is responsible for Driver check-in, verifying Driver Check-in Sheet information and directing Driver to dock door assignment and Router/Acct. Mrg. Assistant for BOL information verification. The Office Clerck will enter the BOL information in a timely manner in accordance with customer specifications and will be responsible for printing, scanning, and distributing the BOL copies to related parties. The Office Clerk may be responsible for selecting, waving and printing Ecommerce packing slips and labels. Your supervisor may also you to perform tasks, once trained to support others in their respective duties. Organized and file customer specific data to ensure proper completion of BOL and other documentation. Follows appropriate procedures and maintain professionalism, within organization an with outsides parties. Processes packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise. Conducts office inventory counts; processes returned merchandise. Maintain a safe, clean working environment. Participates in quality improvement efforts. Performs required administrative tasks; processes all required reports and correspondence. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
