Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of materials and supervising a team of warehouse associates. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in compliance with company standards
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular cycle counts
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss
• Train and develop warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor productivity and performance metrics to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues or discrepancies
• Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety guidelines
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels, orders, and shipments
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and inventory management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software
• Familiarity with distribution center operations, shipping, and receiving processes
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a warehouse environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
