In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and order pickers to move products safely and efficiently. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring proper lifting techniques are followed to maintain safety. Build and assemble pallets for shipment while adhering to company standards for packaging. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory levels and managing orders. Assist with order picking and preparing items for shipment, ensuring accuracy in fulfilling customer orders. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus, including experience with cranes or other machinery. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous for efficient inventory tracking.
