Warehouse Order Selector (Builder) (2501246) Warehouse Order Selector (Builder) – (2501246) Warehouse Selector Ready to get your work done and go home, while earning great income? Our Warehouse Order Selectors average between 40-50 hours per week and make $19.50 per hour, increasing to $23.50 after training, plus incentive pay opportunities based on performance. This position is in a Step Progression Pay Range.
Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines. Starting Pay:
$19.50 Per Hour | Increases to $23.50 Per Hour/Incentive Pay (After meeting productivity standard)
Paid Bi-Weekly
5-day 8-hour work week (Monday-Sunday) | Set Schedule Per Bid
Start Time:
8:00 AM for (Cooler Team) and (Freezer Team) | 10:00 AM (Dry Team) Must work until finish
Electric Pallet Jack (Ride-On) Experience (Preferred)
Will utilize a ride-on electric pallet jack to select and build orders on pallets for some of the most beloved brands in the world
Bid Opportunities:
Bid on the days you would like to work (Based on Seniority)
Multi-Temperature Warehouse:
Dry Dock| Cooler (30-35 Degrees) | Freezer (Averages -5 Degrees) | Must be open to work in all areas

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
At least 18 years of age. Previous pallet jack experience preferred. Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Able to work in a subzero environment. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
