This position is in a Step Progression Range with Salary increases up to $23.50 after 1 year of service. Our warehouse teammates move product through our DCs quickly and safely, ensuring orders are filled and loaded for deliveries with a high degree of accuracy and great sense of urgency while safely meeting productivity/quality standards with McLane established guidelines. So here are the details:
Starting Pay:
$19.50 per hour.
Two available shifts include:
Monday
- Friday (8pm
- 4:30am) and Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (10pm
- 8:30am).
The ability to be flexible with your schedule is preferred. Generous benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance and company-paid life insurance start on your 60th day. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
At least 18 years of age. Previous pallet jack experience preferred. Previous reach truck experience preferred.
Inventory background preferred.
Receiving experience preferred.
Warehouse experience preferred, but not required. Able to work in a subzero environment. Candidates may be subject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable laws.
