Bilingual Warehouse Associate Employer Solutions Services, Inc. Austell, GA 30168 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our distribution center, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of inventory control. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling and a strong commitment to safety and productivity. Bilingual Warehouse Associate Duties Fabricate and assemble products as needed to meet production demands. Manage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling practices. Operate forklifts and other equipment to move goods within the warehouse safely. Assist in shipping and receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges. Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications MUST be Bilingual ( English & Spanish) Excellent physical stamina, with the capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 65 pounds). Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for effective stock management. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed in a fast-paced setting.
