Data Specialist/ Warehouse Associate Third shift Color Ink Kennesaw, GA 30156 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations. This position involves various tasks that support the overall logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring that products are accurately processed and organized. Duties Perform order entry tasks to ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. Utilize systems for tracking inventory levels and managing stock. Conduct data entry for inventory records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Assist with clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records. Use Excel to create reports, including pivot tables for data analysis and inventory tracking. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and inventory management. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables for data analysis. Familiarity with administrative tasks and clerical duties is preferred. Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail to ensure precision in all warehouse operations.
