We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant with hands-on experience in online operations and digital sales . This role supports the daily operations of our online store, including backend setup, order management, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with managing e-commerce platforms. Candidates with experience in market research and self-media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Instagram) are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing backend systems for online sales (e.g., setting up product listings, updating pricing, inventory tracking) Coordinate order processing, customer service, and shipping logistics Conduct market research , including pulling and analyzing data to support business decisions Monitor online sales performance and suggest improvements Provide administrative and operational support to the online sales team Help troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with IT/support when needed
Requirements:
Experience with online sales or e-commerce operations (required) Familiarity with managing the backend of online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) Ability to pull and analyze data to support market and product research Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
