Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling materials, and maintaining safety standards. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks. Responsibilities Perform materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and stocking inventory. Fabricate and assemble products as needed while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices. Valid certification for operating forklifts and other heavy equipment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
