Full Job Description Job Summary:

We’re hiring dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team in general labor, manufacturing, and warehouse positions. These roles are ideal for candidates who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, products, or equipment Assist with packaging, assembly, or production line operations Perform basic warehouse tasks: picking, packing, labeling, and inventory Operate tools or machinery as trained (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads

Requirements:

Prior experience required for some positions Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Reliable transportation to and from job site Willingness to work flexible shifts (day, night, weekend) Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in warehouse, construction, or manufacturing Forklift certification or willingness to train Basic English or bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
