The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and safely. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred. Forklift experience is a plus. All candidates must be able to pass a background check. Duties Operate RF scanners for inventory management and tracking. Load and unload materials from trucks and containers. Utilize clamp trucks and cranes for moving heavy items within the warehouse. Perform materials handling tasks, including sorting, stacking, and organizing products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations. Assist warehouse supervisors in building displays or preparing shipments as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Skills Proficiency in using RF scanners for inventory control. Experience operating clamp trucks and cranes is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively. Strong understanding of materials handling processes within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
