ASAP We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Materials Handler with expertise in AS9100, the aerospace industry’s quality management system standard.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Responsible for effectively managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials within our organization. Ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate documentation, and compliance with AS9100 requirements. Receive incoming materials, verify contents against accompanying documentation, and inspect for quality and accuracy. Identify and properly label materials for storage or distribution, ensuring adherence to AS9100 requirements. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications:
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of the AS9100 standard. Previous experience with Documentation and Record Keeping Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing materials, including quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and other relevant information. Create and update material handling documents, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
