In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders, with a strong emphasis on shipping coordination and logistics . This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and care Occasionally coordinate daily outbound shipments via UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks Collaborate with production and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations Familiarity with shipping software and logistics platforms (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to drive a forklift High school diploma or equivalent
