Warehouse Worker First Atlanta Flooring 309 Curie Drive, Alpharetta, GA 30005 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and reach trucks to move products safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately. Build and package products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely prepared for transport. Maintain an organized warehouse layout by following the warehouse management system for inventory tracking. Assist in loading and unloading shipments from delivery trucks. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Experience Previous experience in warehouse management or similar roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating pallet jacks, cranes, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment is advantageous. Experience with order picking and packing processes is beneficial. Knowledge of warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
