The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products. Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks. Keeping yard area neat and organized. Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments. Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment. Delivering products to customers and branch locations An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations. Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA. Other related duties as assigned (some driving duties)
REQUIREMENTS
Basic computer knowledge and Internet use Forklift experience helpful, not required Acceptable driving record Ability to lift 75 pounds; 50 pounds on a repetitive basis Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
