The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. General Laborer Duties Assist in the setup and operation of machinery on the assembly line. Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them within the warehouse or factory. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards. General Laborer Skills Ability to work in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment. Familiarity with assembly line processes is advantageous. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
