Job Description

2nd available
Pay Range:
$16 – $17.50 per hour
Note:
Training may take place on a different shift
Responsibilities:
Learn key skills like staging, hand-finishing, and inserting materials. Prep machines and load equipment with materials. Operate equipment, ensuring quality and integrity of finished products. Monitor equipment for errors, troubleshoot, and resume operations. Complete weekly and daily schedules, adhering to OSHA safety standards. Record quality checks, downtime, and actions taken. Maintain a clean work area and collaborate with team members to maximize productivity. Lift up to 40 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, and lift arms as needed. Cross-train in other areas as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Basic math skills for calculations related to weight, volume, and quantity. Ability to stand, walk, lift/move up to 55 lbs, and have good vision (close, distance, color, peripheral).
