Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing, stocking, and maintaining HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring timely and accurate inventory management to support field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming HVAC equipment and supplies Prepare and stage materials for daily service and installation jobs Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts Coordinate with technicians and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of needed parts Load and unload delivery vehicles as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills for inventory tracking Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract Pay:

$19.08 – $20.67 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
