Warehouse Associate- Parts 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Buford, GA 30518 Job Information Fills Customers’ mail and telephone orders from stored merchandise in accordance with specifications on sales slips or order forms. Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties. Role & Responsibility Perform any combination of tasks including picking, put away, packing (small pack and pallets), receiving, bulk picking, shipping (UPS and pallets), checking, and hose picking Read production schedule, customer order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed Move materials from receiving to storage areas by sorting/scanning material to proper storage area Fill requisitions, work orders, POs, or invoices Assemble order from inventory and move to packing station for shipping Properly pack and mark container for shipping Load materials onto vehicle or prepare for transportation pick up Perform general clean up and equipment maintenance of assigned area and equipment/tools Perform inventory cycle counts Perform Basic Data Entry Perform additional duties assigned by company management Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities Job Requirement To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
