Job Overview:
A fast-growing company in the fragrance industry is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support key operations in shipping, inventory, and logistics. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. The position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of daily warehouse operations, from receiving inventory to fulfilling orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection:
Accurately receive and inspect fragrance bottle shipments for quantity and quality.
Product Box Stocking:
Assemble and restock product boxes and containers as needed.
Inventory Management:
Maintain inventory accuracy through the use of warehouse management systems and routine cycle counts.
Storage & Organization:
Organize inventory in designated areas for optimized space and access.
Order Fulfillment:
Pull, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and timeliness.
Shipping Coordination:
Create shipping labels and documents; coordinate with carriers for timely deliveries.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards to ensure a secure working environment.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet daily goals and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or warehouse management a plus. 1-3 years of warehouse/distribution experience (fragrance or cosmetics industry preferred). Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications. Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
