Openwork is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk Representative to join our team in Jefferson, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating Excel spreadsheets related to orders and client information. You will also play an essential role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining accurate data.
Shift:
9:00 AM – 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$17/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally Update Excel spreadsheets with order information and client details Print labels at the start of each workday Solve order-related issues and assist with inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience Warehouse experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with professional emailing How to
