Warehouse Staffing Recruiter Cross Path’s LLC. Hiram, GA 30141 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, employee evaluation, and the ability to work with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment. Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize ATS tools Coordinate employee orientation sessions to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and recruitment metrics. Build relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline for future openings. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. Experience Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is preferred. Familiarity with employee evaluation techniques and best practices in candidate assessment.
