Position Purpose:

As a Stocker you will restock order pick and flow lines to prepare warehouse for order selection. Warehouse associates are the foundation to ourpany’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process, while ensuring quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Stocker ensures placement of product in sufficient quantities to amodate routine or special demands while following all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process.
Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve thepany.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including but not limited to forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving. Performs general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately. Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance withpany policy. Performs damage control checks on items received and contact supervisor about removing items according topany policy. Removes batteries requiring recharging, replace with charged batteries andplete vehicle inspection checklist.
Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures perpany guidelines. Reviews work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations. Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear. Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location andpany guidelines. Secure all equipment andplete all necessary paperwork. Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
  • 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
  • Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
  • Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
  • Able tomunicate effectively and general math skills.
  • Able to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
  • Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift.
  • Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry.
  • Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
