Job Objective:

Work with the warehouse team to support the parts department sales and delivery teams. Efficiently and accurately receive and locate daily stock and special orders. Assist with core, warranty, and excess parts returns. Assist and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department Warehouse in an efficient and professional manner.

Warehouse Manager Core Tasks for which this job is

Responsible:

Ensure the following tasks are carried out:  Process and ship out all outgoing and incoming freight shipments.  Check in all incoming stock and special-order parts and place in appropriate locations.  Process warranty parts.  Ensure that the warehouse remains neat, clean, and organized.  Provide support and assistance to other department personnel when needed.  Manage, process, and ship dirty cores to vendors.  Gather, package, and ship excess stock as directed by management.  Assist in quarterly inventory reconciliation and in physical inventory counts.  Other warehouse and inventory duties as required.

 Critical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset  Team player – works well with co-workers  Organized and efficient; skilled in basic logistics  Moderate to good computer operation and Excel skills

Entry Level Education & Experience Requirements:

 High school diploma or equivalent  Basic knowledge and experience in the warehouse industry preferred  Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified

Physical Requirements:

 Ability to lift 50 LBS or more  Ability to withstand nonconditioned workspace – low temps in winter and high temps in summer  Ability to physically perform general warehouse tasks while working for extended periods of time moving, standing, and climbing stairs.
