The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our marina, providing excellent customer service to boaters, and maintaining the overall safety and cleanliness of the dock area. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a marine environment. Responsibilities Assist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely and efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on dock equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality. Maintain cleanliness of the docks, including removal of debris and proper disposal of waste. Conduct inspections of boats and equipment for safety compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with any needs that arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe working environment for all marina staff and customers. Skills Mechanical knowledge is essential for performing maintenance tasks on boats and dock equipment. Ability to rig boats properly for safe launching and retrieval. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Attention to detail in maintaining safety standards and cleanliness in the marina area. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
